Terms of Service

Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of Searchzilla websites, domain tools, hosting services, cloud products, VPS resources and AI infrastructure offerings. By creating an account, placing an order or using the site, you agree to these terms and to any service-specific policies linked from the relevant product page.

Accounts and orders

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the security of your login credentials and ensuring that orders placed through your account are authorized. We may request additional verification for higher-risk transactions, large infrastructure orders or domain registrations that require registry-specific checks.

Services may be activated after payment review, technical provisioning and, where required, fraud screening or identity verification.

Billing, renewals and cancellations

Recurring products renew automatically at the then-current rate unless canceled before the renewal date. Monthly, annual and reserved-capacity services may carry different billing terms. You are responsible for reviewing plan details, included resources and any overage policies before purchase.

If a payment method fails, we may retry the charge, place services on hold or suspend access until payment is received. Non-refundable registry fees, setup costs and third-party pass-through charges may apply to certain services.

Domain name services

Domain registrations are subject to registry rules, registrar procedures and naming requirements that vary by extension. Registrants must keep contact information current and respond to any required validation notices. Domain renewal windows, transfer locks, redemption periods and dispute procedures may differ by TLD.

Searchzilla does not guarantee registration of any requested name until the registration is successfully completed and confirmed.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate services used in violation of these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, or third-party registry and network rules. Suspension may also occur for unresolved abuse complaints, billing failures, security incidents or actions that threaten platform stability.

Warranties and liability

Services are provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Searchzilla disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to a service will not exceed the fees paid for that service during the period giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
