Searchzilla services may not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, deceptive practices, infringement, harassment or activity that violates the rights of others. Customers must operate services responsibly and maintain reasonable security controls for their workloads.
You may not use our network or infrastructure to launch denial-of-service attacks, distribute malware, operate phishing pages, abuse shared resources, evade lawful restrictions or interfere with the integrity of systems belonging to Searchzilla or third parties.
Customers may not use services to host clearly illegal content, stolen data, malicious tooling intended for unauthorized access, spam campaigns or services primarily designed to facilitate abuse. Additional review may apply to high-risk categories, unusually large campaigns or sensitive compute deployments.
Workloads that create excessive load, sustained abuse tickets, harmful scanning patterns or repeated disruption to other customers may be rate-limited, isolated or suspended. We may require traffic shaping, migration to more suitable plans or changes to application behavior where needed to preserve service quality.
We may investigate reports of abuse, request additional information, suspend access, remove content or terminate services when violations are confirmed. We may also cooperate with registrars, payment partners, network operators and lawful authorities where required.
